Army Ground Force ready to give crushing response to threats

MEHR: The Commander of Iran’s Army Ground Force Brigadier General Kioumars Heidari stressed the Force’s preparedness to give a decisive and crushing response to any potential threats.

In a meeting with commanders and staff in Khuzestan Province, General Heidari stated, "Today, the Army stands at the highest level of combat readiness and defense capability, and any threat posed by the enemies will be met with a crushing response."

He said the ground force units throughout the country, especially in border areas, are equipped with state-of-the-art technology and weaponry, ready to provide a firm response to any mistakes made by the enemies.

General Heidari emphasized that the presence of the Army and Ground Force in border areas aims to enhance intelligence command capabilities.

Iran has achieved significant progress in developing a wide range of military equipment in recent years, achieving self-sufficiency in the defense sector, according to Iranian military experts and technicians.

Officials from Iran have consistently stated that the country will actively enhance its defense capabilities, emphasizing that these capabilities are solely intended for defensive purposes and are non-negotiable.

Addressing regional political developments, General Heidari asserted that global arrogance resists accepting the fact that a new discourse has been introduced to the world by the Islamic Republic.

The senior commander added that the decline of global arrogance is a result of the power of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the region.

Warning about hybrid warfare tactics employed by enemies, General Heidari noted that they aim to dissuade Iranian participation in the upcoming parliamentary elections in March. He stressed that the enemy's strategy could be defeated through massive Iranian voter turnout.
