Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian congratulated his new Kuwaiti counterpart Sheikh Salem Abdullah Al Jaber Al Sabah upon his appointment.

Amir-Abdollahian sent a congratulatory message to felicitate the new top Kuwaiti diplomat on his post.
Iran's foreign minister expressed hope that the relations between the two countries of Iran and Kuwait will strneghten during his post and with the active role of the ministries of foreign affairs of the two countries in all political, economic, cultural, scientific and artistic fields and at the regional and international levels.
