Regarding the threatening statements of White House National Security Advisor "Jacke Sullivan" against Iran, Baghaei also said: This issue has been repeated many times, and from the perspective of international law, the threat of resorting to force is a violation of the United Nations Charter, and since this issue is a threat against a country's peaceful nuclear facilities, it is a violation of international obligations and is considered a threat to international peace and security. The Security Council must intervene in these cases and demand responsibility from the US government for these statements.

Therefore, the international community did not accept this issue from the beginning.
