متن این بیانیه به شرح زیر است:
آقای دونالد ترامپ، رئیس جمهور ایالات متحده آمریکا
تاریخ چندهزار سالهی تمدنها و کشورها گواه و شاهد راستینی است که مردم ایران همواره صلحدوست و اشاعهدهندهی صلح بودهاند و جنگ را خواستهای اهریمن و دشمن بشریت میدانستند. ما مردم ایران هرگز خواهان جنگ نبوده و نیستیم ولی متاسفانه همیشه زیانها و آسیبهای جنگهای تحمیلشده و ناخواسته را بر دوش کشیدهایم.
امروز سوم فروردین ماه سال ۱۴۰۵ مطابق با بیست و سوم ماه مارچ سال دو هزار و بیست و شش و در آغاز ورود به سال نو ایرانی، مردم ما با امید رسیدن به صلح و آزادی، متاسفانه از جانب شما با تهدید زدن زیرساختهای کشورمان که در طی سالها با تلاش و سرمایه مردم ایران ساخته شده است، روبهرو شدهاند. در شروع این جنگ ناخواسته، با قول شما به عدم بمباران این سرمایههای ملی، مردم ایران امید به پایان و توقف جنگ را نزدیک میدیدند. اکنون باید به شما یادآور شویم که این تهدید ضرب الاجلی چه پیامدهای نامطلوبی برای مردم ایران، مردم جهان و آیندهی سیاسی شما خواهد داشت:
۱- اگر از خساراتهای مالی که نیاز به سرمایهگذاریهای کلان از جانب مردم ایران دارد چشمپوشی کنیم، از دست رفتن جان هزاران انسان برگشتناپذیر و احیانشدنی است.
۲- زیرساختهای کشور ما نه تنها نیاز زندگی هرروزه مردم، کودکان و نوجوانان است بلکه باید برای نسلهای آینده محفوظ و سالم بماند؛ بنابراین بمباران آن یعنی نابودی و تباهی زندگی برای آنان و درواقع نسلکشی زودهنگام نسلهای آینده به شمار میرود.
۳- فقر و مهاجرت پیامد دیگری است که خواهی نخواهی برای مردم ایران، منطقه و جهان بسیار سنگین و در درازمدت مشکلات غیرقابل پیشبینی در پی خواهد داشت.
۴- از این تهدید و تعیین ضرب الاجل تنها مردم بیگناه ایران زیان نمیبینند، بلکه مردم بیگناه کشورهای منطقه، هم از نظر جانی و روانی و هم از نظر مالی زیان خواهند دید.
۵- چنانچه شما به عنوان رئیس جمهور قدرتمندترین کشور جهان خواهان رسیدن به اهداف خود هستید، بهتر است منافع مردم خودتان را هم در نظر داشته باشید و با چنین عجله و شتابی اقدام به تخریب پلهای صلح بزرگ پشت سرتان نکنید.
۶- ما مردم ایران این تهدید شما را غیرخردمندانه، غیرهوشمندانه، غیرانسانی و غیراخلاقی ارزیابی میکنیم و خواستار توقف فوری و صرفنظر کردن از انجام آن هستیم.

The several thousand year history of civilizations and nations stands as clear evidence that the people of Iran have always been advocates and bearers of peace, viewing war as a demonic force and an enemy of humanity. We, the people of Iran, have never sought war, nor do we seek it now. Yet, tragically, we have repeatedly borne the losses and suffering of wars imposed upon us.
Today, on the second day of Farvardin 1405- Based on Persian Calendar, corresponding to March 22, 2026, as we step into a new Iranian year with hopes for peace and freedom, our nation finds itself confronted with your threat to strike the infrastructure that has been built over many years through the effort and resources of the Iranian people. At the outset of this unwanted conflict, your initial pledge not to target these national assets gave Iranians a measure of hope that the war might soon come to an end. We must now remind you of the grave consequences that this ultimatum would have for the people of Iran, for people across the world, and for your own political future:
1. Even if we set aside the immense financial losses that would require substantial reinvestment by the Iranian people, the loss of thousands of human lives is irreversible and irreparable.
2. Our country’s infrastructure is not only essential to the daily lives of our citizens—including children and adolescents—but must remain intact for future generations. Bombing these systems would mean destroying the very foundations of their lives and, in effect, committing an early act of generational devastation.
3. Poverty and mass migration are inevitable consequences that would impose severe, long term burdens not only on the people of Iran, but on the region and the world, bringing unpredictable challenges in the years ahead.
4. This ultimatum would harm far more than innocent Iranians; innocent people across the region would suffer—physically, psychologically, and financially.
5. If you, as the president of the world’s most powerful
nation, seek to advance your objectives, it would be wise to consider the interests of your own people as well, and not hastily burn the great bridges of peace behind you.
6. We, the people of Iran, regard this threat as irrational, unwise, inhumane, and unethical, and we call for its immediate withdrawal and for an end to such actions.
